Description
This solicitation seeks a supplier to provide reinforced concrete pipe (both round and arched, with optional gasket), ram‑neck pipe‑strip products, and associated delivery services to Calcasieu Parish job sites on an as‑needed basis. The contract is a unit‑price schedule effective July 1 2026 through December 31 2026, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of 60 months. Bidders must submit all‑inclusive prices (freight, delivery, handling) with no taxes, and include a 5 % bid bond. The Parish will accept orders of any quantity (no minimum) and may re‑award to the next lowest bidder if the awardee cannot meet price or lead‑time requirements.
• Scope: Reinforced concrete pipe in 8‑ft joints (sizes 15″‑72″, round and arched, with/without gasket) and ram‑neck fittings, priced per joint/box.
• Technical specs: Must meet Louisiana Standard Spec Section 1006 (2016) for pipe design; ram‑neck must meet Federal Spec SSS‑210, ASTM C‑990, AASHTO‑M‑198 Type B.
• Delivery: FOB Parish job site, all fees included, no minimum order, deliveries Monday‑Thursday; lead‑time > 1 week must be reported.
