The College is seeking a qualified design‑build team to deliver a new 80‑bed, single‑story dormitory and a pre‑engineered maintenance shed on its Colby, Kansas campus. The contractor will be responsible for all phases—conceptual design, detailed engineering, permitting, site work, construction, testing, and close‑out—under one contract, adhering to Kansas State Fire Marshal standards, ADA, and local codes. The project budget is estimated at $6.5 M, with the dormitory portion subject to sales tax and the shed portion tax‑exempt.
