The VA’s James A. Haley Veterans Hospital is seeking one complete Inhalation Exposure System to aerosolize toxic compounds (TCDD and diesel particulate matter) for laboratory mouse studies. The award will include full‑day on‑site installation, training of VA personnel, and shipping of the equipment to the hospital in Tampa, FL. This is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ evaluated on lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable criteria.
• Procure a SciReq inExpose system (model IX‑BP‑INT) with associated chambers, generators, software, and accessories.
• Provide on‑site installation, user training, and shipping; warranty limited to standard manufacturer warranty.
• Must be a new OEM item, SAM‑registered vendor, and comply with all applicable FAR clauses.
