Wackford Community & Aquatic Complex Locker Room Renovations

The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking bids for the Wackford Community & Aquatic Complex Locker Room Renovations project. The project involves the removal of existing tile surfaces, countertops, and fixtures, and the installation of new wall tile, epoxy flooring, countertops, sinks, faucets, urinals, toilets, and partitions. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 60 days, weather permitting, and after receiving a Notice to Proceed from the District.
