Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for maintenance services on two Mitsubishi industrial robots used at its Lancaster Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy. The VA seeks qualified contractors who can perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and diagnostics, using OEM manuals and checklists, and who can demonstrate licensing, certification, and relevant past performance. Respondents must provide a point of contact, SAM UEI, capability statement, and answer two qualification questions. No pricing is requested at this stage.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance on two Mitsubishi RH‑6FH series robots and associated controllers.
• Provide emergency repair response within 2 hours of failure notification and complete repairs or provide a substitute within 48 hours.
• Supply qualified personnel, use only new OEM parts, adhere to OSHA standards, and comply with VA wage determination requirements.
