Sidewalk Improvement Program FY25-26

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a sidewalk improvement program for FY 25‑26, which involves demolition, disposal, and replacement of existing curb ramps, spandrels, sidewalks, and curb‑and‑gutter throughout the city as detailed in the project appendices. The work must be self‑performed at least 50 % by the prime contractor, comply with Class A (or C‑8) concrete licensing, Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage requirements, and California CARB diesel equipment compliance. The contract is funded by city, CDBG, and FHWA sources, with a bid security of 10 % and performance/payment bonds of 100 % of the contract price.
