The University seeks a qualified contractor to fully restripe and update signage throughout the multilevel Red Hawk Parking Garage, incorporating ADA‑compliant markings and new way‑finding signs. The work includes removal of existing paint, application of new 4‑inch pavement markings (standard, compact, electric, ADA, and ADA‑van), installation of signage per the provided schedule, and verification of all dimensions on‑site. The contractor must be registered on the university’s Workday Strategic Sourcing portal, comply with New Jersey prevailing‑wage requirements, provide required bonds and insurance, and adhere to a tight schedule that culminates in project completion by mid‑October 2026.
• Complete restriping of all deck levels (Levels 1‑8 plus roof) with new standard, compact, electric, ADA, and ADA‑van markings.
• Install updated directional, regulatory, and accessibility signage per the sign‑schedule drawings.
