Description
The City of Nicholasville’s Electric Department is seeking qualified contractors to perform Horizontal Directional Boring (HDD) services for four 3‑inch continuous bore runs totaling approximately 950 ft across Main Street and Lake Street. The work includes installing the conduit for electric pole lines and must be completed within the city’s standard weekday access hours. Contractors must meet experience, licensing, and insurance requirements and provide a dedicated on‑site supervisor. No subcontracting is permitted, and the price quoted must remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening.
