5 Year Repair Basic Ordering Agreement

The opportunity is for a 5-year repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Rosebank Engineering PTY LTD. The agreement will cover repairs and/or modifications of Government Property, specifically repairable assemblies in the F/A-18 A/D & F/A-18 E/F/G System. The contractor will be required to furnish all effort, including labor, materials, and facilities, to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of repairable assemblies. The agreement will include priced and unpriced orders, with the Government having the option to place orders for supplies to be delivered during the 5-year period. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all parts and material necessary to perform the required repairs, unless parts or material are specifically identified as Government Furnished Material (GFM). • The contractor will be required to provide a firm-fixed price quote, offer, or proposal, and delivery schedule in response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). • The contractor will be responsible for inspecting purchased parts and material to ensure conformance with all requirements of the applicable drawings and specifications. • The contractor will be required to maintain a system of control over purchased parts and material, and to provide evidence of inspections and testing. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable regulations and standards, including those related to configuration management, engineering changes, and variance requests.
