The Eau Claire County Purchasing department is seeking a contractor to perform asphalt milling and resurfacing along a 1.6‑mile stretch of County Trunk Highway (CTH) on the north side of Elco Road. The scope includes removal of existing 2‑inch asphalt, installation of hot‑mix asphalt (HMA) with optional fiber reinforcement, placement of dense base aggregate for shouldering, comprehensive traffic control, pavement marking, and all related incidental items required to complete the work as shown on the plans. A 10 % bid bond is required. • 1.6‑mile highway resurfacing project (CTH KB – N Elco Road) • Removal of existing 2‑inch asphalt (milling) and placement of new HMA pavement (with optional fiber) • Provision of dense base aggregate, traffic control, and pavement marking throughout the project • Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to finish per specifications
