Description
The Michigan Department of Education and Office of Partnership Districts is seeking a contractor to evaluate Michigan's Partnership Model. The contractor will be responsible for providing evaluation services, including surveying schools, analyzing data, and providing recommendations. The contract term is three years with up to five one-year renewal options. The contractor must have experience in evaluation services, a research-based approach, and the ability to connect survey results to a larger body of educational research.
Key requirements include:
• At least three years of experience in evaluation services

• Ability to connect survey results to a larger body of educational research
• Experience in developing case studies, policy and program analyses
• Ability to incorporate flexibility and adapt to changing conditions
The evaluation process will be based on technical evaluation criteria, including requirements, service requirements, staffing, project management, and vendor questions.
