Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, is seeking to rent a vacuum-type street sweeper for a 2-month base Period of Performance and up to four 2-month option year renewals. The sweeper must meet specific requirements, including having a swept path width of at least 10 feet, a hopper capacity of at least 8 cubic yards, and a maximum speed of at least 50 mph. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the sweeper, and the Government will operate the equipment. The rental rate per month will include the cost of all scheduled maintenance, repair parts, and cost to repair equipment unless the repairs are due to operator negligence or misuse. • The sweeper must meet all applicable Federal and State regulations for inspection, maintenance, testing, and roadworthiness
