Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking quotes for the acquisition of services to provide seeding of 1,606 acres within the Quail Springs and Cox Pond Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation project. The project requires the seeding of the specified area, and the contractor will be selected based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. The evaluation factors include technical approach, past experience, and total price. The contractor must also be deemed a responsible prospective contractor according to FAR 9.1.
