Exemption Notice: OMHCRER-25-023 UpToDate, Inc.

*****This is not a bid solicitation***** The NYS Office of Mental Health has been granted an exemption from advertising in the NYS Contractor Reporter by the Office of State Comptroller. OMH is contracting with UpToDate, Inc. in order to provide medical database services and clinical pharmocology to OMH statewide. These services are vital to the health and safety of all OMH facilities. These services help OMH employees provide evidence-based guidelines for diagnosis and clinical management recommendations inclusive of at least 20 areas of medical/surgical specialties including, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Neurology, Infectious disease, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Allergy and Immunology, Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, Pathology, Otolaryngology, Urology and General Surgery. This agreement is to last from 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026.
