Budget estimate

$500,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, considering the scope of the project, which involves the restoration of a historic building, and the requirement for a 5-year contract term, the budget could be substantial. A rough estimate for a historic restoration project of this nature could be in the range of $500,000 to $5,000,000, depending on the extent of the work required. The actual budget will depend on various factors, including the bids received, the complexity of the project, and the funding available from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
