Description
The City of San Leandro is seeking bids for the purchase of five (5) current model year Ford Interceptor Utility Vehicles. The vehicles must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, including a 3.3L V6 direct injection engine, cloth front bucket seats, and various lighting and safety features. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope by 3:00 PM on November 25, 2025. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid complies with the specifications in a manner satisfactory to the City's best interests.
• The bid must include the price for each vehicle, as well as any additional costs for delivery, sales tax, and other expenses.
• The bidder must provide sufficient literature to show compliance with the specifications.
• The City reserves the right to waive minor variations in specifications bid.
• The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must deliver the vehicles to the San Leandro Police Department.
• The vehicles must be completely serviced as recommended by the manufacturer prior to delivery.
• The original report of sale shall accompany the vehicle upon delivery to the City.
