City Utilities of Springfield is seeking a fleet of six new Ford trucks, covering various F‑150, F‑250, F‑350, and E‑450 models, each with highly detailed specifications and mandatory custom paint and equipment requirements. The agency requires all trucks to be delivered by 30 July 2027, with proposals evaluated primarily on cost (70 %) and compliance (30 %). Bids must be submitted electronically via EBAT or by approved mail/hand‑delivery by 26 Oct 2026, 2 PM CT.
• Six distinct Ford truck models to be supplied (1 F‑150 Crew Cab, 4 F‑150 Super Cab, 2 F‑150 Regular Cab, 1 F‑350 with contractor bed, 1 E‑450 cut‑away, 1 F‑250 Super Cab).
• Each vehicle must meet exhaustive technical, safety, and cosmetic specifications (engine size, GVWR, ABS, backup camera, custom bumper striping, etc.).
• Delivery location is 203 W Division, Springfield, MO; documentation (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin, title application, invoice) must accompany each delivery.
