The City of Glendale is seeking quotations for a brand‑new 2026‑or‑newer Ford F‑350 XL (or an equal) heavy‑duty work truck with dual rear wheels, equipped with a custom Scelzi service body, liftgate, air‑compressor, hydraulic systems, lighting, and numerous accessories. The vendor must be an authorized dealer, provide a minimum three‑year/36,000‑mile warranty, register the vehicle as an exempt government‑use plate, and meet all California safety, emissions, and CAL‑OSHA requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids (or sealed paper) by the November 12 2026 deadline; only one bid per vendor is allowed, and any “or equal” alternatives must include full specification sheets. The City will inspect the vehicle both before delivery and during the custom body build‑out.
