ITB: Re-advertisement: Installation of Gravity Sewer Service

The Brunswick County is soliciting bids for the installation of a gravity sewer service at 261 Cougar Road, Boiling Spring Lakes, NC 28461. The scope of work includes tapping and installing a four-inch SCH 40 PVC gravity sewer service, establishing traffic control, minimizing disturbance to the roadway, and seeding and mulching the site. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to begin within ten days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within sixty days. • The contractor must have proper licenses as required under state laws governing their respective trades. • The contractor must provide proof of applicable licensure. • The contractor must adhere to all applicable Brunswick County Technical Specifications and Standard Details. • The contractor must provide a detailed proposed schedule with its submitted bid. • The contractor must attend a meeting with the County to determine set up, staging area, storage, and appropriate work hours prior to commencing services under the awarded contract.
