Description
The City of Tybee Island is seeking bids for the South Annex Building Repairs project. The project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1,300 square feet of a TPO roof section, 1,600 square feet of an Aluminum Standing Seam Roof section, and other related work. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 20-year warranty for the TPO roof section and a 5-year warranty for the Aluminum Standing Seam Roof section. The bid must include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The City of Tybee Island reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

• Removal and replacement of roof sections
• Installation of new TPO membrane and aluminum standing seam roof
• Furnish and install new aluminum end caps and TPO caulk
