The 914th Niagara Falls Air Refueling Wing (ARW) is seeking to award multiple Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreements for Aircraft Wash services. The services will provide aircraft corrosion prevention measures through regular interval washing and lubricating of KC-135 aircraft. The anticipated period of performance for these agreements is five years. • The procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. • The NAICS code 488190 – Other Support Activities for Air Transportation applies. • The size standard is $40.0 million. • The Service Code is J016 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Aircraft Components and Accessories. • Entities that meet the requirements may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement to include their SAM registration by June 26, 2026.
