(FY26) D1 Wreckers (9)

The State of Illinois, Department of Transportation (DOT), is soliciting bids for the procurement of D1 Wreckers (9). The wrecker trucks should be single axle with utility bed, recovery boom, and wheel lift, and must comply with IDOT specification T91-60-05 D1, dated October 2025. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the wreckers to James McKay at 3501 S. Normal Ave, Chicago, IL 60634, and send invoices to D1 Financial Services at 201 W. Center Ct, Schaumburg, IL 60196, or to Peggy Ford at 2300 S. Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. • The procurement is for a total of 9 wreckers, with 6 units to be delivered to James McKay and 3 units to be delivered to Peggy Ford. • The wreckers should be in accordance with IDOT specification T91-60-05 D1, dated October 2025. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a signed contract and offer to the State of Illinois. • The procurement is not a small business set-aside, and there is no BEP/VBP participation goal.
