RFP - Grant Administration

The Tift County Board of Commissioners is seeking a reputable consulting firm to provide grant administration and related services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the grant application, environmental review record, and other related documents. They will also assist with financial administration, public hearings, and other requirements. The project aims to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. Key aspects of the project include: • Preparation of the grant application and environmental review record • Assistance with financial administration and record keeping • Assistance with public hearings and acquisition following the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA) • Assistance with bid documents, advertising, and conducting the bid opening • Assistance with Davis-Bacon and related labor requirements • Preparation of close-out documents
