Description
The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) is seeking a contractor to provide advanced data research and technical services for the Division of Early Childhood. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the computation of rates, income guidelines, and co-pay schedules, analyzing and updating the Market Rate Survey, and providing monthly data updates and reports. The contractor will also work with external and internal experts to determine policy and practice impacts of implementation of updated Market Rate Survey and Narrow Cost Analysis. The contract will be for a period of three years with a two-year option period.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the computation of rates, income guidelines, and co-pay schedules
* Analyzing and updating the Market Rate Survey
* Providing monthly data updates and reports
* Working with external and internal experts to determine policy and practice impacts
* Providing technical assistance and support to MSDE staff
* Developing and maintaining databases and data systems
* Providing ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
