The Santa Monica‑Malibu Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Coordinator services for the Franklin Elementary School Early Education Classrooms and Site Improvements Project. The coordinator will manage labor‑relations, ensure PLA compliance, handle grievances, oversee trust‑fund payments, and produce regular reporting while coordinating with the District, the Building Trades Council, unions, contractors, and community stakeholders.
