Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, is seeking a contractor to provide on-site, full-service maintenance and repair services for Abbott EnSite systems at the Portland VA Healthcare System. The contract will be for a period of one year with two optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary resources to perform emergency and preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, as well as provide telephone support services. The contractor must have the necessary certifications and experience to provide the required services.
• The contractor must provide all parts, labor, transportation, and supervision to perform emergency and preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• The contractor must provide telephone support services with unlimited telephone support.
• The contractor must provide on-site field service support for issues that cannot be resolved by telephone or through remote support.
• The contractor must provide all necessary software upgrades and/or expanded software services for the mapping system.
• The contractor must provide a "Field Service Report" after completion of any maintenance events.
