Description
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is seeking bids for the disposal of a land parcel, D1158, formerly known as the Stone Mountain Park and Ride Lot, located in DeKalb County, Georgia. The successful bidder will be required to purchase the land parcel and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder who is technically, financially, and otherwise qualified to satisfactorily perform and meet all conditions in the contract.
• The land parcel is approximately located Northeast of 4th Street and Manor Drive, Stone Mountain, DeKalb County, Georgia.
• The contract will be administered by MARTA's Office of Real Estate.
• The successful bidder must demonstrate that it is duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia.
• The contract will include requirements for insurance, bonding, and other terms and conditions.
