Description
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing the follow-on indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Sheetmetal Services. The primary purpose of the Sheetmetal Services Contract is to provide labor, services, equipment, and materials for the removal of existing and installation of new sheetmetal onboard U.S. Navy ships.
The key requirements of this opportunity include:
• Providing labor, services, equipment, and materials for the removal of existing and installation of new sheetmetal onboard U.S. Navy ships
• Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and facilities required to accomplish the work in the draft Statement of Work
• Having a satisfactory performance record for the type of work required
• Having historical experience completing work onboard U.S. Navy ships and other vessels described in the draft Statement of Work
• Being capable of meeting the requirements set forth in the announcement as of contract award
