Cutting & Beveling Machine Kit and Air Motor

The Research Accelerator Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking to procure a Wachs Cutting & Beveling Machine Kit and a MODEC Air Motor, or a qualified domestic equivalent. The procurement will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Interested offerors should refer to Attachment C- RFQ470395 Bill of Materials for detailed specifications. The following documents are required in response to this proposal: a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule, and a completed and signed copy of the Abbreviated Representations and Certifications. • The quote should include a firm fixed price with the proposed delivery schedule. • Any tariffs shall be expressly stated and priced separately on the quote. • FOB and shipping terms are FOB Destination for domestic shipments, and Delivered at Place (DAP) for international shipments. • The following attachments and special provisions apply to any subcontract/purchase order as a result of this solicitation: ORNL Terms and Conditions, Prime Contract Flowdowns, Bill of Materials, and Special Provisions.
