WATER FACILITIES GENERAL CONSTRUCTION JOB ORDER CONTRACT

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to provide general construction job order contracting services for the rehabilitation, replacement, and repair of equipment, structures, pipelines, instrumentation, and site work at the City's water facilities. The initial contract term will be 36 months or $48,000,000 per JOC, whichever occurs first. The JOC will include an option to renew based on the contractor's satisfactory performance, the City's need for additional services, and funding availability. The City intends to select up to four contractors for this JOC. • The scope of work will vary with each Job Order Agreement (JOA) and may include installation and replacement of mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and electrical equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of each Job Order proposal prior to executing the Agreement. • A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goal of 5% has been established for this project. • The contractor must hold the correct Arizona Contractor license prior to submitting a Statement of Qualifications. • The City will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications based on criteria such as general information, experience and qualifications of the firm, experience of key personnel, and understanding of the project and approach to performing the required services.
