Totem Pole and Panel Restoration

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a contractor to restore a totem pole and panels for the Parks and Recreation department. The scope of work includes removing and replacing damaged posts and beams, scraping and painting the totem pole and panels, cleaning all surfaces, and applying fungicide and water repellent. The contractor must have extensive experience in Northwest Coast Art and submit documentation such as photos of restoration projects, art portfolio, and references. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contractor will supply all labor and materials for the restoration. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and City laws. • The contractor must have all necessary licenses and permits. • The contractor is responsible for the disposal of all used materials.
