The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source supply contract for the installation of Motorized Electric Latch Retraction for Existing Atrium Door at Naval Hospital Guam-Agana. The objective of this sole source award is to procure equipment and installation to ensure compliance with Government and Security requirements and regulations.
