On-Call Services for Concrete Pavement Improvements

The City of Mansfield is seeking a contractor to provide on-call services for concrete pavement improvements. The contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks, including pavement improvement services, concrete pavement thickness, base, lime treatment, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and general concrete roadway paving improvements. The contract will be a task order-based contract, with specific scopes of work to be defined under individual task orders. The contractor must have experience in concrete pavement improvements and must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contractor will be required to provide a trench safety plan and implement it. • The contractor will be required to pay sales taxes on equipment rental, form materials, etc. not incorporated into the furnished project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to wage rates, worker safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, as well as maintenance bonds. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance certificates and comply with all insurance requirements. • The contractor must have a valid business license and be registered to do business in the state of Texas. • The contractor must comply with all City of Mansfield ordinances and regulations.
