Description
The City of Lynchburg is soliciting bids to fabricate and install two sections of steel pedestrian fencing along the railroad tracks adjacent to the downtown skatepark, extending to the front of the Depot Grille. The contractor must provide all materials, fabricate the fencing to the supplied specifications, coordinate traffic control during installation, and comply with Norfolk Southern Rail insurance requirements. The work must be completed within 90 days of contract award, with a $100 per day penalty for late completion.
