Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for a JCLC/STEM Leadership Academy, including lodging, meals, transportation, certified instructors, facilities, and equipment for approximately 220 cadets and 70 cadre. The period of performance is from 15 May 2026 to 5 June 2026. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the specified work.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to cadets and cadre
• Providing lodging for 5 days for cadets and cadre
• Providing certified instructors for STEM and robotics events
• Providing medical support, including nurses
• Providing chaperones
The contractor will be selected based on the lowest price that meets the requirements of the solicitation and is deemed responsible in accordance with the FAR.
