Description
The Kansas Department of Administration is seeking bids for on-call demolition services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from the date of award through September 30, 2031. Bidders must submit their bids by August 06, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The bid package includes a cost sheet, certification of company not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel, and certification of company not currently engaged in the procurement or obtainment of certain equipment, services, or systems.
• The contractor will provide on-call demolition services, including demolition of single-story and two-story structures, concrete slabs, sidewalks, stoops, equipment pads, stairs, and other related work.
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment, personnel, and expertise to perform the work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor must submit a cost sheet with their bid, including labor rates, material costs, and other expenses.
