Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Precast Underground Concrete Vaults, Pads and lids for a 5 year period.

The City of Palo Alto is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of assorted precast underground concrete vaults, pads, and lids for a period of up to 5 years. The city will accept alternate manufacturers and quotes for the items listed in the RFQ. Bidders must submit a completed Bidder's Questionnaire and provide all necessary information, including warranty and specifications that meet the requirements noted in the RFQ. The city reserves the right to award more than one contract and to reject any and all quotations. • The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years, with the option to extend for an additional 4 years. • The city will accept quotes for assorted precast underground concrete vaults, pads, and lids, including incidental, full traffic, and heavy full traffic options. • Bidders must provide a data sheet for all quoted items, including warranty and specifications that meet the requirements noted in the RFQ. • The city reserves the right to issue addenda and to make changes to the contract at any time. • Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity.
