Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a vendor to provide repair and reconditioning services for Thermometer with Shelter Assembly equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for repairing and reconditioning 232 units to "like new" operating condition, including cosmetic appearance, in accordance with NOAA specifications. The vendor must demonstrate their ability to complete the requirement within the past 3 years and provide evidence of their technical capabilities and qualifications.
• The repair and reconditioning process involves disassembling the unit, inspecting and replacing parts as needed, and reassembling the unit to its operational state.
• The vendor must provide a 1-year warranty against material workmanship.
• The vendor is responsible for returning repaired products in a shipping container designed to withstand vibration and shock during transportation.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the vendor's quoted price shall be all-inclusive, including return shipping costs.
• The evaluation factors include past performance, technical approach, delivery terms, and price.
