Traffic Signal Pole Caps

The City of Austin is seeking to procure Traffic Signal Pole Caps for Type 1W, 2W, & 3W Galvanized Traffic Signal Poles for installation, maintenance, and repair of traffic materials throughout the city. The contractor shall have a minimum of three years supplying Traffic Signal Pole Cap products to an agency similar in size and scope to the City. The contractor shall provide the products, deliver them within 30 calendar days, and confirm the quantity to be shipped on all orders within two hours of notification. The key personnel for the contract include the City Contract Manager and the Contractor's key personnel, who shall be identified and approved by the City. Some key requirements include: • The contractor shall be an authorized dealer/reseller of the products offered. • The contractor shall provide a Shipping or Delivery Ticket with each delivery. • The contractor shall confirm the quantity to be shipped on all orders within two hours of notification. • The contractor shall deliver the products within 30 calendar days after the order is placed. • The contractor shall provide invoices emailed to [email protected] or mailed to the City's address.
