Notice of Contractor's Settlement - Kennerly Construction

The State of Colorado, through the Auraria Higher Education Center, is providing notice of the final settlement with Kennerly Construction Corp. for the CN-314 Renovation project. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement date. • The project is for the renovation of CN-314 at Auraria Higher Education Center. • The final settlement date is April 13, 2026. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department, or Agency. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement date will relieve the State of Colorado from liability for such claim.
