Dike Road Reconstruction Project

The Dike Road Reconstruction Project involves clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation and embankment, full depth reclamation of existing roadway, grading and compacting, precast concrete vaults, paving with hot mix asphalt, installing pavement markings, constructing gravel shoulders, reconstructing driveways, and associated work. The project bid documents are available online for inspection during the bidding period through the Builders Exchange of Washington website. Bidders will need to register as a bidder to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the bidders list. • The project requires a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of the bid proposal. • The successful bidder must enter into a contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications. • The project is subject to the Washington public disclosure act under chapter 42.56 RCW. • Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation.
