Description
The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy is seeking proposals for the supply of fuel products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, and fuel oil, to support the U.S. military and other government agencies in Italy. The contract will be for a period of approximately 3 years, from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the fuel products to various locations in Italy. The government estimates that the total quantity of fuel products to be delivered over the contract period will be approximately 4,431,368 liters of gasoline, 18,528,813 liters of fuel oil, and 55,580,496 liters of diesel fuel.
• The contract will be a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment.
• The contractor must be registered in the Post Camps and Stations (PC&S) Offer Entry Tool (OET) to submit offer prices.
• The government reserves the right to conduct a price realism analysis and may reject proposals that are deemed too low.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to tax exemptions and environmental protection.
