Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate because the document does not provide a specific budget or payment amount. However, based on the scope of work, which includes investigating moisture intrusion, water damage, and mold growth, and providing actionable recommendations to restore the building envelope's integrity, the budget could be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the vendor will need to provide a team of engineers and technicians to conduct the investigation and provide recommendations. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the complexity of the project and the vendor's level of expertise.
