2026 TSPLOST Road Project

The Madison County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the 2026 TSPLOST road projects. The project consists of micro and striping in Madison County, with locations designated by the county or representative. The work shall be performed according to the Georgia 2013 Standards Specifications and Special Provisions. The contractor shall provide a 10% bid bond, 100% performance bond, and O.C.G.A 13-10-91 E-Verify affidavit to be considered. • The project includes micro resurfacing and striping of various roads in Madison County. • The contractor shall visit the project site to determine the amount and type of pavement markings needed. • The final striping shall not commence until 30 calendar days after completion of micro pavement operations. • The contractor shall coordinate with the county on start and completion dates. • The contractor shall provide an asphalt job mix formula prior to commencement of work. • All required testing shall be done by the contractor and/or subcontractor, with test samples obtained from the distributor tank, nurse tank, holding tank, and/or delivery tank as directed by the county or representative.
