Notice of Intent (NOI) – PHC East's laboratory accreditation

The Health Readiness Contracting Office is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a Sole Source Award for laboratory accreditation services. The contractor will provide remote and/or on-site audit services for the Public Health Command, East, Public Health Laboratory. The period of performance will be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029, with an option for a 6-month extension. The estimated value for the base year is $4,130.00. Key requirements include: • Designating a point of contact prior to the start date of the contract • Maintaining professional licenses and certifications • Complying with security requirements • Complying with specific tasks • Documenting performance in CPARS Interested parties must be able to meet these specifications and respond to the notice by May 11, 2026.
