Description
The Van Buren Intermediate School District is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of classroom cabinets, including removal and disposal of existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, and installation of new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and plumbing fixtures. The project is located at 705 S. Paw Paw Street, Lawrence, MI 49064. The awarded bidder will be responsible for all measurements and other details of the proposal and must comply with applicable Federal, State, and local safety requirements.
• The project includes the removal and disposal of existing cabinetry, countertops, shelving, plumbing fixtures, and backsplash in rooms 113, 114, 115, 116, 119, 120, and 122.
• The installation of new cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and backsplash must comply with ADA requirements.
• The awarded bidder must provide a copy of their written safety program, which includes health, safety, and environmental quality, for review prior to initiation of services.
• The bidder must attach a company profile, warranty information, affidavit of bidder familial relationship, and affidavit of Iran Economic Sanctions Act to their bid proposal.
