Description
The DLA Distribution San Joaquin is seeking a firm fixed price purchase order for Oxygen Shipping Containers. The contractor must provide a quote for the stated brand name items or substitute another item that is equal in its salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics. The quote must include all required documentation, and the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ, and the award will be based on the lowest evaluated price.
• The contractor must provide a quote for the Oxygen Shipping Container, AT-OXB-76-HM224B, with a quantity of 2 skids.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery, including shipping documentation, materials inspection and receiving report, bill of lading, packing list, tracking/delivery confirmation, or invoice.
• The contractor must mark the contract or purchase order number on all paperwork and shipments.
