Openscape

The United States Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 502d Air Base Wing, 502 Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole source contract to Mainstream IP Solutions for the upgrade of the voice dispatch system from Siemens to Mitel's Unify Openscape Voice dispatch system at JBSA Lackland, TX, and JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX. The contractor is required to disassemble, remove existing equipment, and design, configure, provide drawings, equipment, tools, labor, and supplies necessary to install and successfully connect the Unify Openscape Voice system at 502d ABW/CP at JBSA Ft Sam Houston to the system at JBSA Lackland. The contractor must have the clearance and ability to provide, install, and offer continued support of the DISA-approved Unify Openscape Voice system on the AFNET and provide JITC connectivity per the 502d ABW/CP mandated AFMAN 10-207. • The contract is for a firm fixed price purchase order. • The contractor must have the necessary security clearance and qualifications to fulfill the government's requirements. • The system must be installed and connected to the AFNET and provide JITC connectivity. • The contractor must provide continued support for the Unify Openscape Voice system.
