Notice of Intent - Increase Capacity on $85M AE MATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Seattle District, intends to increase the capacity on eight existing Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) by $10,000,000. The original procurement was conducted in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (Brooks Act) and was open to all A-E firms regardless of size. The increase in shared capacity is necessary to address modifications to Task Order requirements that were not anticipated at the time of the initial MATOC solicitation. • The total capacity of the initial MATOCs was $85,000,000 for a term of seven years. • The District is seeking to increase the capacity on this MATOC by $10,000,000. • The increase in shared capacity will strictly be limited to modifications to existing task orders. • Responses to this notice must be received by email to the point of contact (POC) by 9 June 2026, 2:00 pm (Pacific Time).
