Demolition Phase 18

The Demolition Phase 18 contract at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, is a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing 3 buildings/facilities on the base. The contractor must adhere to various codes, regulations, and specifications, including the Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force Standards, and Department of Defense Directives. The contract will be awarded using a Trade-Off source selection procedure. The key requirements of the job include: • Demolition of 3 buildings/facilities • Adherence to various codes, regulations, and specifications • Performance of all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks • Compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and all contract terms and conditions • Registration and active status in the System for Award Management (SAM)
